It's my opinion that if you are married, and she is too, then you stay married-- and faithful. If it hurts you that much to be in contact with her again, explain it to her, and cut off contact. Your decision was to marry someone else, not wait for her, and it's not fair to your wife if you are willing to drop her like a hot potato due to an old flame. Also remember that people change a lot in nearly a decade- I'm sure you have, and she has. How do you know you love her, and not the memory of her?
