yea, i agree with Kris, the very first organism, was a protist, and it was a unicellular creature, which in that case there is no egg or sperm, there is asexual reproduction, and its just where the cell splits into 2....eventually the creatures mutated and after a couple billion years the Chicken, and the human formed....that is if u believe evolution, in theology terms, parent first, egg second...there are many theories, none have been proved, though, so its all on what u believe....
