Well, I don't like to call it a diet.. it seems whenever I called it a diet, it would only last for a week max lol... I'm just cutting back on what I eat. I don't eat out as much now... I always check the labels before I eat anything, if it's high in cals and fat, I wont eat it, shocker huh? lol... I'm exercising more, about twice a day... baseball every Sunday is helping as well... I still eat bad food, just not as often, and not as much when I do

... just with those little changes, I've lost 39 pounds... Oh, I just started exercising twice a day, about 2 weeks ago, and I lost 8 pounds in those 2 weeks

The hardest and most important part that I found is... finding something that you can see yourself still doing a year down the road.. eg, I couldn't see myself eating nothing but salads a year down the road, so I eat a verity of healthy foods.. that helped me for sure.
