Gallery?
Well I've been thinking about adding a gallery to CE. I was looking into one before, but once I found out it cost as much as a vbulletin license, I passed on it.
But then, I found one that's more in our price range. You can view a demo of it here GALLERY DEMO. You upload pictures of course, you can create your own album, share it with friends and family.. For EG, I could create an album and put all of my weight loss pictures in it, then create another for family pictures  If you're wondering about our current gallery - it's not a gallery, it's just a forum where you post pictures. The real gallery will be alot more user-friendly Make sure to vote on the poll.
