Bomb scare closes Wash. Ferry dock; proves to be boy's lost toy
CP - STEILACOOM, Wash. (AP) - A ferry dock was closed for several hours while authorities investigated a device that looked like a bomb but turned out to be a child's homemade toy with plastic pipes, a sheriff's spokesman said.
