Not a whole lot to update you guys on.. He's getting better daily. He's still talking, most of the time it's just 1 word.. However, he has been able to say about 2-4 words at a time, that we can understand.

The staples from his head have been removed.. There was about 25-30 of them in his head.. It went from about his ear up to about 3/4 of the way to his other ear.

His fever seems to be gone now, and he doesn't seem as clogged up in the chest.

All is going well! It's going to be so nice once he's well enough to talk more!

Wow it's been awhile since we updated everyone.. I'll try my best!

He's moved out of ICU into a ward. He's off all monitors now, there's nothing sticking out of his body anymore. He's in isolation due to diarrhea. Once that clears up he'll go back into a ward. He's eating pureed food, possibly going to get more solid food by the end of the week. His right arm is doing wonderful! However, his right leg isn't doing anything. They thought he might have a blood clot, but after doing multi ultra sounds, they discovered no blood clots. He's talking a little better as well.

All and all, he's getting better daily. He's been in the hospital almost 3 weeks now. He still has along time before he's at full. Just have to take baby steps.

Not much different. He's still in isolation. He seems to be clearing up... his feces are getting better. If all goes well, he could be out of isolation in the next couple of days. He was moved to the Stroke unit about 4 days ago. He has about 2 weeks in the Stroke unit before we'll know if he can come home or continue therapy. We still have a long ways to go, but getting there. He fell off his wheel chair (fourth time he's fallen!) the first night in the Stroke unit. What a day that was, we saw it. He hit his head off a metal garbage bin, needless to say we were all pissed when we saw that, as his therapy person was a matter of feet away from him! What a dumb b***h lol.

All is well, just a slow go.

So glad to hear he is doing better no matter how slow... I think I would have smacked the therapy person with the metal garbage bin! What a dummy! He's ok now though right?

Yep thank god.. He had brain surgery then knocks his head off a garbage bin, thats the last thing we needed.. but he has a hard head I guess lol
