how do people get banned?

how did some of the people get banned from this site? like what did they do? what part of the rulez didnt they follow?

I've only banned people trying to hack the site, which I have caught a few people from Turkey trying to use a meta redirect script, and the others signed up, and posted Penis pills and stuff like that lol.. Been lucky so far, haven't had any bad members.
