 .I'm wondering the same too, how much more should I lose?.. I don't want to be skinny. Guess I'll just keep doing what im doing and whatever I end up at I'll be happy lol.. The gym is really helping, I'm starting to see muscles I didn't even know we had, hahaha.

I'm going to post some new updated pictures on Christmas.. I'm hoping to be down to 190lbs by then
.. If not, I'll still take new picutures anyway.. Maybe some day I'll have the guts to take one with no shirt on!, hahaha ya right!.

Ok.. Here's a before and after picture.. The one on the left is be a year ago.. the one on the right is a picture I took on 10/21/06 I had lost 89 lbs at this point
