Happy birthday to your Mom. I hope she liked her cake!
My mom likes that frosting that's all sugar... you can find that anywhere. What is special about the cake she got that she drove two hours for it?

She will do anything for me. Oh about the cake... she did not even know she was getting one lol. I made it into a two layer heart shaped cake. It was white cake with strawberry frosting with milk chocolate decorations. It was rather good. You should have seen Nevaeh sitting there sticking her fingers in the cake just trying to get the frosting... too cute!

what kind of cake do you like? I like a vanilla cake with lemon frosting and lemon pudding. you add a whole lot of whipped topping and let it set in the fridge. hmm hmm hmm good stuff.
