Apple iPod shuffle 1GB review
Well, lets get this started.
After getting sick of having to constantly replace the AAA batteries in my old mp3 player, I decided to look for another mp3 player. I've always wanted to try an mp3 player made by Apple, but I'm not going to pay an arm and leg for one... not to mention I don't want to pay extra for a little screen I could care less about. After looking through an ad, I came across an iPod Shuffle 1GB by Apple. With the price tag at $89.99 CAD, it instantly caught my eye. After looking up the reviews for it, most of them were good reviews, there's always a few bad reviews. The main thing I was looking for in an mp3 player was the battery rate, and how easy it is to use it. Anyway, enough of my gibbering, lets get to business. When fully charged, the battery can last 12 hours, and it's rechargeable. It holds approximately 240 songs, which is more than enough for me. I love how there's very little features on it, which probably sounds strange. It has your normal pause, fast forward, etc. It also has a button for shuffle, or it'll go through the songs in order, and that's it. It plugs into the dock to charge which is awesome (USB), although it would be nice to have a power adapter as well. It took me about 8 hours to charge it fully for the first time, which is double the charge time. The only thing I don't care much about is these damn annoying headphones!?!?!. What's up with these headphones. Maybe it's just my ears, but they never seem to stay inside my ears.. I would suggest you pick up another pair of headphones. The sound quality is great, but what good is that if they don't stay in your ears. The best feature is the size. It's about the size of a pack of matches, and as light as a pack too, if not lighter. It also has a clip, which is great for when I go to the gym, I can just clip it to my shirt. Anyway, I'm tired of typing, so I'm going to close this off. If I was to rate the iPod shuffle out of a 5, I would give it a 4. If I was to rate my old mp3 player, I would give it a 2.

I have the 40GB clickwheel- no video. I get 6 hours on a charge, which is perfect because it takes me about 5 hours to get home from school. However, the headphones are a pain in the ass and lately when I put them in I feel like my eardrums are going to pop... guess it's time to look for some that aren't going to damage my hearing anymore.

I guess if someone doesn't love you back, it isn't such a crime, But there's a fine, fine line between love, and a waste of time. ... And I don't have the time to waste on you anymore. I don't think you even know what you're looking for For my own sanity, I've got to close the door, And walk away...
